Inescapable questions of the faith
Work detail
Inescapable Questions of the Faith In one sense the bible seems to not only answer questions but also raises questions. Some of these questions are subtle, startling, haunting and probing; all of them, however, are inescapable in that they speak to the questions of faith and discipleship. Prophets, psalmist, and disciples ask some of the questions. Jesus of Nazareth asks some of the questions. These reflections are one person’s observations while grappling with the mystery of God and the tenets of the Christian faith. Chapter One Where Art Thou ? Chapter Two How Long? Chapter Three Who Will Go For Us? Chapter Four What Does the Lord Require? Chapter Five Can These Bones Live Again? Chapter Six Where Is He Born King of the Jews? Chapter Seven Can A Man Be Born Again? Chapter Eight Who Do Men Say That I Am? Chapter Nine What Is Truth? Chapter Ten What Must I Do To Be Saved?
