Out Of The Dark
Work detail
Everything looked like plain sailing for Holly Grainger when Adrian Markham took her into his repertory company at the Priory Mills Theatre. She had talent- but in the acting profession talent is not enough, and Adrian would provide her with the training and opportunities that she would need to take her to the top. Unfortunately he insisted on bringing an emotional entanglement into the situation as well - he wanted Holly as a woman as well as his star actress. And Holly just couldn’t feel anything for him - certainly not while Simon was around. Yet Simon wasn't going to marry her but his old friend Louise. What was the use of Holly's thinking of him, when Adrian could do so much for her?
