The Shushan Citadel
Work detail
Situated along the Great Lakes, three subterranean cities built to resist terrorism - a monastery, an Aboriginal settlement, and Shushan, corporate headquarters of a communications network - survive a devastating planetary disaster. Shushan's CEO arrogantly assumes the persona of the ancient Persian King Ahasuerus, erects a magnificent citadel, and plots to conquer the region. In defence, monastery and Aboriginal forces work with Shushan's Jewish underground to penetrate the world of the increasingly delusional and dangerous ruler of the Shushan Citadel.
