Self-proclaimed Mayan descendant Robert Quetzal claims the earth will end on December 21, 2012. He also offers a way out - for a price. Wealthy oil executive Andrew Morgan, mad at God over the loss of his family in a plane crash, puts his faith in Quetzal. Then he meets Lisa Campbell, a smart, intuitive journalist researching the Mayan calendar. Lisa, a Christian, thinks the 2012 prophecy is nonsense.
