Jackie hosted a call in Radio talk show with a guy who I don't remember and made you stop at the store on the way home from work to make what they were talking about on the show that day. This author knows food. Her Scotch Eggs are a revelation. I only wish that she was still on the air. But as we all know, the good stuff is always taken away too soon.
