"The AC 2000.2 is a revised version of the 1997 release of the AC 2000, utilizing an improved reference catalogue and including photometry from Tycho-2. The AC 2000.2 is a catalogue of positions and magnitudes of 4,621,751 stars covering the entire sky close to the epoch of 1900. The data are derived from the images measured and published as part of the Astrographic Catalogue"--Container.
