360 German advertising stamps are reproduced actual size in color. Reklame Marken were collectible stamps, the size of postage stamps, issued by stores, businesses and public institutions in Germany and elsewhere in Europe in the early twentieth century. Their "golden age" was from about 1900 up to the First World War. Often designed by well-known graphic designers and poster artists, the best of them have the visual impact of posters despite their diminutive size. They are sometimes referred to in English as "Poster Stamps".
