Travel writings of King Chulalongkorn, east coast, Malay peninsula. Dedicated to Prince Nakhō̜nrātchasīmā, son of King Chulalongkorn, in recognition of his meritorious conduct and good deeds. Includes these photographs: the Prince dressed in full royal regalia in 1901; the Prince when entering the monkhood in 1901; the Prince as a military cadet in 1903; the Prince with Queen Sīphatcharinthrā, Prince Sukhōthaithammarāchā (later to be known as King Prajadhipok), Prince Phitsanulōkprachānāt, and Prince Phetchabūnintharāchai; the Prince with King Chulalongkorn in Europe in 1907; and the Prince as a student in Europe in 1908. Also includes brief introduction written by Prince Damrongrāchānuphāp and table of contents. The main text, 115 pages, documents King Chulalongkorn's visits to various locales along the east coast of the Malay peninsula. From the David K.
