On 24 November 2017, the autumn meeting of the Dutch Association for Procedural Law (NVvP) took place in Amsterdam, with the subject of innovations in civil evidence. As initiators there were: Mr. T.R.B. de Greve (lawyer in Amsterdam), H.J.R. Kaptein (legal philosopher at Leiden University, author of, among other things, the book Legal Evidence and Proof); drs. F.J.P. Lock (Senior Counsel for the Court of Appeal Arnhem-Leeuwarden, also a researcher at Radboud University Nijmegen). This part of the series of publications of the NVvP contains the results of this meeting.
