A Research project set up to examine problems of renewal in Toronto. Objectives were to set out program for continuous & adequate renewal of city's fabric, give illustrations of application, develop methods of study useful to other cities, recommend legislative and other measures. Committee composed of representative of CMHC, province and municipality.
