For over fifty years Richard Tuttle created a comprehensive oeuvre that touches on several media and genres. He also composed texts, mostly in answer to requests for specific purposes. He saw writing as artistic expression, based on the model of the artist-poet tradition in Asian culture. This volume brings together many hitherto unpublished texts.
