One for the Road
Work detail
Author's description - "This is not a book about the art of angling. Nor is it a book of the ‘Me and Joe’ genre. I am not an angler of sufficient competence to be able to write with authority about the former, nor do I have any inclination to attempt the latter sort of book. This is a book about the fun I had with people in remote lands, people who would have been quite unable to tell the difference between a Greenwell’s Glory and a Welshman’s Button, but whose lives often depended on their ability to remove fish from the most unyielding of waters by fair means or foul. Usually foul.
