Alan EcclestoneFirst published 19931 editions

This an anthology of rare quality compiled by retired Anglican priest, Alan Ecclestone. It is filled with passages of poetry and prose, one for each day of the year, each of which gave the author spiritual nourishment and which prompted deeper reflection, questioning and gratitude. They reveal a man whose spirituality was one of 'paying attention' and 'passionate engagement'. His perceptive mind ranged widely over literature, art, history, religion and politics, always seeking to understand and interpret the 20th century through which he lived.
