Accessory to Murder
Work detail
Henry Deek is an ugly, insignificant little man with a bitter grudge against mankind. All the material things he has ever wanted in life: a good background, education and money—have been denied him. But one day he finds a simple way of rectifying this omission. He is not in the least deterred by the knowledge that his little scheme is criminal. Blinded by greed he seizes an opportunity which he knows will never come his way again. His ruthless enterprise culminates in murder. A number of people are involved, including his mother and his sister Rose. The final twist to this fascinating, off-beat story will shock the reader. Written in the author's crisp, graphic style it is absorbing from beginning to end.
