She has worked with both drawing and watercolor, but is originally a potter; she has studied at the School of Arts and Crafts and the Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen, has taught at the Academy of Fine Arts and is a member of the artists' association Den Frie. She is represented and has exhibited at a large number of museums: Charlottenborg, Holstebro Art Museum, Sophienholm, Aarhus Art Museum and others. and has performed decorating assignments in many places in the country.
