The Finnish artist and filmmaker Eino Ruutsalo (1921?2001) blazed new trails on the sixties art scene with his bold genre-crossing and multi-disciplinary collaborations with musicians, poets, and dancers. His extensive body of work includes graphic art, paintings, sculptures, visual poetry, collages, lumino kinetic art, documentary film, scripted film, and experimental short film. From the sixties onwards, he exhibited together with Fluxus and in many major international art forums.
