Detailed comparative study of current political systems in 32 states of Mexico. Using new methodological terms, assesses aspects such as relationships to federal power and presidency, effective power and limitations of governorship, political and electoral practices, organized crime, relationship between freedom of expression and control over media, influence of Catholic church, and others.
