Things to Do
Work detail
A slim volume but packed with projects for children to do. Since the book was published almost fifty years ago, some of the projects are going to look unsafe to modern eyes (cutting the lid half off a tin can and then bending it to make a birdfeeder is an example), or use things that the average American household no longer has lying about (such as matchboxes, and silver paper from the inside of packs of cigarettes). There are still dozens of safe, pretty and just challenging enough hings for any age to tackle including some lovely dolls' clothes and dollhouse furniture. I enjoyed this book so much that I tracked down a copy at a used booksellers and bought it.
