El alimento perfecto
enciclopedia de la mujer cristiana
I wrote this book (1977-Laurel de Slade) while a medical missionary in Colombia and taught cooking and nutricion from church to church. The most popular recipe was for vanilla cake from scratch; it seemed only professional bakers kept those secrets then but now, moms could make birthday cakes in toaster ovens at home! Recipes were donated by women and articles by pastors. The updated book (1994) kept the original recipes and was expanded with how to make baby foods, sanitation in the kitchen, a Red Cross home safety guide (from snake bites to pressure cooker explosion burns), added many illustrations, standard measurements, some old Spanish sayings, Bible verses, and more--making it true to its subtitle: Enciclopedia de la Mujer Cristiana. Both editions sold out within three months and it is time to republish, can you help me do that? Link to our web site to see other books from this author: www.TalkRadioAmerica.net.
