Fictional account of a court-appointed lawyer in South Korea describing a trial and the gap between the justice of the law determined and supported by the government and the burden of truth each individual carries. After a squatters' demonstration goes awry and tragedy ensues, the lawyer succeeds in obtaining a civil dispute resolution, which validates "the minority opinion" as an active protest and a victory, but still does not restore the victimized individuals' livelihood.
