Numerical modeling of explosives and propellants
Work detail
Recent advances in the development of inexpensive personal computers have resulted in computers being available to most scientists and engineers that can be used to model explosives and propellants. The author describes the numerical models he has developed for modeling the performance and vulnerability of explosives and propellants, and describes their application to scientific and engineering problems. The computer programs for modeling explosive and propellant performance on personal computers are included on a CD-ROM along with extensive collections of the data files required for describing explosives or propellants to be modeled.
