शुभदा फडणवीस 'Veerani' is a story of the vibrations of separation, a deep and passionate melody. All relationships that live in a healthy form in the world are visible. They are given names and are respected. However, the relationships that are suffocated, half-dead, lost to time, and nameless in the social taint of society, customs, caste-religion, rich-poor distinctions; do not disappear from the sensitive mind. The poor ones hide in the deep recesses of the heart. Love is the life-giving principle of man. That is why love neither fades nor fades from the mind. Kishore Kavathe's long poem 'Virani' with this content creates an independent and capable place in the world of poetry with the support of the classical Marathi poetry tradition. The emotional compromise in life and the moonlight in the mind of a separated woman's memories, such a parallel journey of expressed and unexpressed emotions is thrilling. 'Even though all else is gone, your name has not disappeared', the poet's heartfelt voice becomes a desert and leaves the reader in awe. Therefore, this long 'desertion' becomes powerful and rich. - Dr. Shubhada Fadnavis
