Author Umut Ozturk was born in Istanbul, Turkey in 1977. He moved to America in 1990 at the age of twelve. Mr. Ozturk is from Biloxi and the graduate of Biloxi High School in 1995. Mr. Ozturk received his B.A. in Speech Communications from The University of Southern Mississippi in 2000.
