Construction Jobsite Management concentrates on the procedures and methods that are used by the construction contractor during the construction and post-construction phases of a project. The procedures and methods contained in this book focus on the contractor's operation; however, many of these procedures and methods apply to owner's representatives, architects and engineers, specialty contractors, and construction managers as well. The methods herein are primarily applicable to commercial and industrial building construction, although many can be applied to all types of construction. - Preface.
