The gray circles have long distance rates to various cities. The back of the book has the small "Bell System" logo in the center, as well as a back silhouette of an evergreen tree that says, "Keep Oregon Green" inside it. There is a 0.5" yellow line going around both covers. On each cover, inside the yellow line, it says, "See The Classified In This Directory"; "Its Yellow Pages Tell You Where To Buy It.
