Set at the end of the 1700s, in the wilds of northern New York state, this is the story of Margaret Addison, an English aristocrat who has found a new life among the Oneidas. But her happiness is short lived. Convinced her warrior husband, Two Eagles, has been killed on a mission of vengeance, Margaret decides to return to England with her newborn son.
