Analyzes institutional support for technological innovation of Mexican agriculture, particularly in form of collaboration between academics, government and producers. Empirical research draws heavily on creation, development and experiences of network of state-level non-profit organizations created at behest of federal government to bring new technologies to farming and forestry industries.
