It covers accessibility, content, handling a redesign, search engine optimization, how to handle different parts of a corporate site (about us, etc.) and off-site marketing like newsletters. It is not a technical book by any means; there are few code examples. It was written to be more strategic, more like a handbook for those making important decisions about a site.
